Buffalo Area Transit is making an exciting move to a new platform "TripMaster" to dispatch and manage our daily rides. This upgrade is necessary due to the fact that our old platform was no longer going to be supported. As a result we had to pick a platform that would let us grow into the future, and give you our loyal riders a good change. Taking things to a higher level giving you available rides right at your fingertips with your phone or computer with "TripMaster TripPortal".
The TripMaster TripPortal, is a powerful online rider app that allows you to easily manage ride requests from your computer or smartphone. This powerful app will give you more options and peace of mind, knowing you have a ride at your fingertips. We will be bringing this powerful system on board soon.
