Serving our community with Convenient Public Transportation Services
The Buffalo Area Transit System provides safe and convenient public transportation services to the communities of Buffalo Wyoming and Johnson County with weekly trips to Sheridan and Gillette. Our experienced drivers are committed to getting you where you need to go in a timely and safe manner.
Our bus service operates Monday - Friday with three buses serving Buffalo & one bus serving Sheridan or Gillette. Local rides are $1 per ride. For local rides outside town limits $2 per ride. Equipped for those with unique transportation needs, including wheelchair accessible vehicles.
Our out of town service offers convenient transportation to and from Sheridan on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. $10 Round Trip. Also service to Gillette on Tuesday & Thursday $15 Round Trip. With reliable pick up and drop off times to ensure you make your appointment on time.
We also offer special services & transportation options. Senior Center trips to Various events and outings. And transportation to special Local events such as the TA Ranch Fire and Ice. Also you will see our bus from time to time for Stuff the Buss Food Drives in our community.
